Depression/Stress: Mix Earth, Fire and Metal elements EO, 3 drops each, and diffuse or nebulize for 20 mintues before going to bed or use this mixture in your office or even a gym.

 

Hiccups: Rub 1 drop of the Wood element EO on throat (acu-point CV22) and center of chest(acu-point CV17). The Wood element EO is photosensitizing, be careful not to expose to the sun after application.

 

Hair mask: Add 2 drops of the Wood element EO in baobab oil. Leave on for 15 minutes, then do your usual shampoo.

Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Always use diluted. Observe the indicated mode of use.
