Insect bites/ Acne : Apply a drop to the affected area, three times a day.

Sunburn/burnt during cooking: Mix 2 drops of Fire element EO and 2 drops of water element EO into a spoonful of aloe vera gel, then apply the mixture directly to the sunburn.

Cramps/Muscle pain: Mix 2 drops of Fire element EO and two drops of Earth element EO into a teaspoon of Tamanu oil. Massage with this mixture on the pain area morning and evening.
