Indigestion(gassy/bloating/intestines spasms): Add two drops of the Earth element EO in a teaspoon of vegetable oil and massage the upper part of your belly, above the navel.

Nausea/Morning sickness/Motion sickness: Rub a drop of the Earth element EO onto the inside of your wrist. Or dilute one drop of Earth element EO in vegetable oil and massage the upper abdomen.

Menstrual cramps: mix 2 drops of Earth EO in half a teaspoon of vegetable oil, and massage your lower abdomen morning and evening.
All essential oil is not recommended for children under 7, pregnant or breastfeeding women without professional advice.
